meonadiet: Thanks. I wouldn't mind dropping another 5, but it's not a high priority. I read your profile and like you I quit the gym two years ago last March (the gym closed and sold out since (sad). Since quitting I force myself to do a short exercise every morning with a hundred pushups two 20's and 2 30's and I keep my core in shape with 45 roll outs on ab roller plus some stretches. Plus on most days I still do an hours swimming in the salt chuck. So far that has paid off for me and gives me a bit of lee way with calories - snacks i.e cheese and jerky😊. Good luck with your efforts.
