Salad for lunch and rice, beans and salsa for dinner! It’s not exciting but it’s good. I don’t always have to treat myself for dinner.
I’m trying to remember food is fuel not fun. Saturday was super hard because I wanted pancakes but I’m sick of being over weight.
226.8 lb Lost so far: 38.7 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It’s called morisqueta. It’s really good and it’s what I eat when I’m not trying to go to heavy but I have a big appetite.
