I want to be at 215 lbs. by Christmas. Every year I dread going to the family Christmas party because that’s when I’ve started gaining my winter weight. Pray for me to stay disciplined and determined.
228.6 lb Lost so far: 36.9 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
