I think this is it. Gained 1.6 kg on vacation, makes a lot of sense. I can wear shoes now, still a bit tight but I don't think there's much more retained water. I haven't been great this week but I will start tracking again today.
I'm going to start cooking today and try new recipes. Purchased a plan from 'felico' which gives you the food for five meals. They take the box to your house and it has the exact ingredients for all the meals, then you scan a QR code and it takes you to the recipes. I purchased the keto plan so no carbs for lunch :) I hope my daughter likes eating a lot of veggies because I do want to stick with this one.
