I joined FS in February. I have not posted a journal entry yet, but I felt compelled to today after meeting my goal weight. Thank you FS family for your supportive words and daily posts. You gave me the push I needed to do better for myself. I have tried to diet before without success because I was completely cutting out foods that I loved. This program allows me to still eat foods I love while being mindful of portion sizes. That has made all the difference, and I feel like I can maintain the changes I have made over the last few months. My next goal will be to add more exercise to my week. Once again, Thank you all for your support. 🙂
