Finally got a mirror for our squat rack, feels so good! Need to focus on more protein to keep the cals at 1200. Been more like 1450 and that's not working for my last few pounds. Feeling strong and confident that my goal is in sight. Slow and steady 🏋♀️😎🤘

I can totally relate. I am attempting to do the same. More protein, less carbs. It will help me control my appetite and start losing again. 1200 is hard for me to do otherwise. You have done amazing!

It is hard at 1200 calories but you got this! I am at 1300 calories so my macro's is 120 grams protein, 104 Carbs and 44 fat. I can usually do that during the week but the weekend then I slip up into the 1500 calories range but I have been able to maintain my 130#-135# by sticking to my macros during the week! Takes a lot of focus every day for sure!

Thank you Morticia and Red! I got a good idea from a coworker- grilled meat with marinated grilled veggies and kalamata olives for a cold lunch. Low cal and high protein 💪 😋 Of course I'll post a pic at some point
