Morning to self, still doing ok, havent waivered as yet, days will turn into weeks and the numbers will fall, a couple a week or even one, think lomg term lifestyle change, lifestyle change...
380.1 lb Lost so far: 60.8 lb.    Still to go: 159.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
