This is fantastic 140 here I come Praise be to God Finally my clothes are getting really loose. Thank you Jesus I must maintain my focus throughout this holiday I know I can do this
146.5 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
