I feel I'm doing well, sticking to my fasting ritual, lunch, dinner then fast for 19 hours, things are progressing well, day 30 today of fasting, just need to be disciplined, huffy out....

PS I was unsure of my initial weight but i was estimating 180kgs as the scales I had stopped at 150kgs, obtained new scales today, so from 20th jul 22, previous weeks weight loss will be accurate.
388.9 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 168.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
