After this last week I'm not surprised to see the scale moving in the wrong direction....went to a wedding on Saturday, had my period all this week, and just was bad dieting in general.
I'm getting back on the wagon this week, however. My dear boyfriend went and lent me his bike so I can go biking when my feet hurt too much to run, and I picked up a Groupon yesterday for Yoga & Fitness Passport, which gives me 30 classes for $20 at local participating gyms (in my area I get option of regular cardio classes, capoiera, kickboxing, its great!)
My goal is to try and get into the 160s by October, as my kid brother is graduating from Marines boot camp.
