ugh apparently you can't do more than one journal entry a day so I am redoing the whole thing. So I struggle with staying on track and motivated for the long haul, and realized I need smaller goals within the big goal (100 lbs to go!), and the perfect opportunity has presented itself! I have wanted to get a bilateral salpingectomy (sterilization) for some time and I finally scheduled a consult for Nov. 9th. I'm a little nervous weight or weight related factors will interfere with the approval for the surgery, so my goal is to lose another 40 lbs by Nov. 9th. It's a big goal but I want to try for it! I'm actually almost 6'2 so 240 isn't so bad on me. In fact my lowest weight was 200 in high school and I looked pretty darn good. I'm also contacting someone on etsy about designing a custom visual aid for tracking weight loss and I think that will be fun 😊 I will show y'all when I get it. tracking calories strictly kind of drives me bonkers so I am combining less strict calorie counting with an eating window as per intermittent fasting and also trying to increase my activity.
