So, this is a new scale. But, it will be the scale I use for the entirety(sp?) of my time in the states. So I'm not sure if this loss of 1.5lbs is a real loss or a difference in scale sensitivities.
Good news: I worked out yesterday even though it was my off day! Extra good news: I ran for 21 straight minutes... outside in the very hot sun... including over hills! I have been walking the stairs or doing YouTube videos, so this was my first time running. I was really surprised with my endurance! I've never been good at running... add that to only working out for 3 weeks... this is super great! I power walked for another 10 mintues to get reach my 30 min workout min.
Bad news: My goal was to skip all alcohol for several days, but last night I had an apricot slush.
Yesterday, both my mother-in-law and my step dad commented on my weight loss. It is great that other people can see what I see/feel.
