Wohooo! Another lowest weigh in! I am now at 109 kgs - 9 kgs away from my new goal. This shouldn't be TOO hard to reach. I reached the 45 kgs goal already, just want more chubbiness off my body. :) As much as everyone is amazed with my transformation (and thanks for all the kind words from my FS-friends!) I am still far from done. I want to get under 100 kgs - and possibly quite a nice chunk under. I want to feel better and I want to look better. Then again, isn't that what everyone here wants? The best part of that is that it is what MANY people here accomplish. Yesterday I had a class at work. I love expanding my mind, and especially when they offer a truly amazing teacher like the one I had yesterday. I do, however, hate the food issues there. I hate that I do not know ahead of time what they will serve. I hate that it's hard to calculate. But I do my best at those times. I think the important thing is to be honest about what you eat, stay clear of the greasy/oily/yucky stuff and just do your best and calculate as best as you can. I had arranged with my wife that we had a reasonably low calorie dinner, so I would know what to register BEFORE lunch time. That way I could easier figure out what to eat, and how much. It seems like it worked. Have a great day, everyone. Life is good!

WOW ! 46 Kgs lost so far that is amazing. I know what you mean when you say you feel like you are far from done. While compliments come thick and fast i still feel like i have quite a bit of ways to go before i can start resting on my proverbial laurels. What is your final goal weight ?

Thanks for the kind words. :) It feels even better coming from a fellow "loser" than from the ones doing nothing. I'm sure you know what I mean.
Originally, I decided I wanted to be 110 kgs - and I am now 109 and definitely not done. My new goal says 100 kgs, but is really a mission to reach 95, to have 5 kgs to gain before it gets incriminating. My plan is to maintain by simply continue counting my calorie intake. I am so used to it by now that life would probably feel empty without doing it. I am, however, almost certain that once I reach 95, it will not be enough. I would like to get out of the "obese" category (I am now level one, started at level three!) and at least to the lower regimen of "overweight". I take it one step at a time and we'll see. I hope one day to not be overly obsessed with dieting and take a look at myself and quote the movie "Babe, pig in the city" and say "That'll do, pig. That'll do..:" :)
I gotta say you are doing AMAZING too. Your before and after photos are incredible. You are truly beautiful.
