Slow and simple weight gain on the horizon.
I'm taking my daily burn (which, if I may say so, is pretty dang accurate) and adding 10% additional calories. It's a tedious process and a bunch of math.
Instead of just averaging and eating the same amount of calories each day - that never worked for me because on gym days I like to eat a ton more.
I've got a body scan on Monday. A month ago, I was 187# at 21% BF and have been killing at the gym, so I'm hopeful for great results.
My prediction/goal is to be 182# at ~18% BF in 6 more weeks.
If I can hit my goal, I'm buying that new dress I've been eyeing on Poshmark.
