well had a good day ,it was back to work after being in ny for the wedding
Did good for meal choices today as well
I was very suprised that I did not gain any weight while i was away
178.0 lb Lost so far: 4.3 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
