I knew I felt some fluid retention...
260.1 lb Lost so far: 39.3 lb.    Still to go: 125.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Y'all! Because of my kidney damage & Lupus if I go off my low carb I retain a lot of fluid. My gfr is in normal range now, but my body still does this when I eat the wrong things. The birthday party week did a number on me. Way too much of what I shouldn't eat.
