Frustrated! I hate the scale. I need a new approach. I’ve been so strict, so faithful… I’m sticking to my macros, eating at a major calorie deficit, fasting EVERY Saturday and Sunday, drinking a minimum of 1 gallon of water everyday, usually more. I should be dropping fat like crazy! But alas, the scale just made me cuss again. The bitch just won’t do me right. I’m soooo frustrated. Fasting again today. I’m so over this. But I’m still fat so I can’t quit. AAAAAAAAAAAAAH!
