Weekly weigh-in this morning. I made it to ONEderland! 199.8 to be exact. When I started this exercise and dietary change last August, I set my goal to be under 300 by Jan 1, 2022 and under 200 by Jan 1, 2023. I'm clearly stoked by hitting my goal so early. Now, I have to decide how low I'm actually going to go. I have (at my doctor's recommendation) increased my daily caloric intake and decreased my protein intake (because of my Stage 4 Chronic Kidney Disease). On the other side of the coin, I'm riding my bike 16 miles every morning before breakfast and kayaking at least 4 miles most days. I still don't do enough core workouts, but I am going to make a more serious effort at doing crunches and sit-ups. I bought an inclined sit-up bench to help, so .... maybe. I truly hope that everyone has a wonderful Sunday and a great week.
