195.4 lb Lost so far: 23.7 lb. Still to go: 70.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 8.4 lb a week

@KayBuckaroo I have my ultimate goal (120/125) small goals of 20-25 lbs, and mini goals of 5-10 lbs by certain dates 🙂
