a little more weight lost. I'm not losing much, as I'm losing fat and gaining muscle. but I've been noticing the difference in my own body. I just want this lil muffin top gone
179.8 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
