Good week and feels good to cook with quality ingredients and make awesome dishes from scratch that, although a little higher in fat sometimes, feels better than out of a can or package and more rewarding to enjoy. Swimming is my happy place, but thinking I should probably start adding some strength training so that’s my new goal for June.
338.7 lb Lost so far: 46.8 lb.    Still to go: 203.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
