Woot Woot! I made it to the Blue Bar in my weight chart. I'm finally approaching ONEderland! Just staying the course. No reason to change the diet yet, as long as it keeps working. Did raise the duration and intensity of exercise to prevent a drop in daily calories burned due to a lower body mass, but other than that, just the same routine.
