i took a day off work today and stayed home with hubby we went for breakfast to a coffee shop we split a bagel and egg with bacon and cheddar it was very good , because we had breakfast so late we skipped lunch . it's been a good day but back to work tomorrow
178.8 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
