I kinda expected to have lost a little more from how hard I've been working out but I'm still so proud of myself for how much I've lost in the last week!! I'm gonna get back on track.
180.8 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
