I've chosen to disassociate myself from The South Beach Diet once again. I just feel more comfortable doing this on my own. After my first day dieting, I think I can pretty much handle choosing the right food to eat. I will instead follow a more simple low-carb high-protein diet, and think of it as more of a lifestyle change than a temporary diet.
