oh no... I really let myself slip up.. I can't believe I gained this much weight
183.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey there it’s fine to gain weight everyone gain especially in the weekend I cheated with no good food and I again my weight back but still my cloths are bigger for me trust me the weight is playing with us so we have to play with him too haha good luck
