Another surprise this week. Dropped 5.0 lb in 8 days. My total average calorie counts remained similar to the past, although I finished the week by eating all of my daily calories (besides coffee) at dinner. So, did OMAD help spur this loss? I also did more weight training, though not enough to show results yet, I'm sure. I'd have thought that it was water loss, but my water content rose this week from 48.9% to 49.7% (woot woot!), which will make my doctor happy. Anyway, once again, to my utter amazement, the plan continues to work, so I'll make no changes and keep chugging on. I truly hope that everyone has a wonderful week.
