Your journey for weight loss is so awesome and inspiring!!! I love on your profile how you've listed the fact that the doctor stopped the diabetic pills and cholesterol pills. That is really the proof that a lot of our health is in our hands and it's doable. Thanks for sharing, and spread the word!!! I'm truly happy for you because that really is a big deal!
