hi I missed posting yesterday my friend and I were checking out YouTube on how to do proper squats so randomly during the day we did about 35 and laughing so today we are goin to try for more
ill be back later on with more results
I was looking to see if I could back dated?
181.0 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
