Thank Goodness I was already in a habit of journaling my food .. and keeping track of what I am eating way before surgery as ,.,, being sick or in pain ,, drives ya crazy and could easily cause a person to use food for false comfort..
I Praise God for all the FS Family that in a Loving way show me they care about my weight issues & struggles with food something that has off & on has caused me some craziness with in it self ..
and that helps me be accountable ,,, and the you can do it <3 Deb_N your outstanding in the encouragement department among many more <3
yes I daily try to stick to my RDI ,, up & down ,, as I do at times but more then not stay close ,, practices makes perfect ,,
so I'm happy in my 1 lb lose <3
I have to go to ..outpatient for them to break up the scare then rehab every day for who know when so it don't happen again ,,
I'm not close to being healed and a lot of pain ahead .. ,, but with God & FS Family at my side I Pray I will continue to go down ..
