BF is 31% Hydration 49% 7.10.09 workout 17 min run plus 3 sets of: (24 min workout) 20 Curls (15 pb), 6 assisted pullups, 20 pushups, 15 leg lifts, 3 pullups & 20 Squats (15 pb) i am focused to drop to 245 quickly so cutting back on intake .... i will then hold at 245 for a week or so ... then try to cut back again .... seems like 1800 - 2000 calories/day will maintain current wieght ... going to shoot for 1200 day for a week ... check results / goal 220. Laura is doing so well and showing a little more .... baby is so happy to have a mommy like her! we are approx 20 weeks 3 days ...
