Hello All
just joined today I need a boost in my life I am slow, get out of breath easy and love food ..
I have an office job so my daily exercise itsn't much to write about , but when I am home I always seem to be on the go I have plenty of animals in my house that I am constantly cleanin up after 5 dogs and 5 parrots and I love to do gardening so in the nicer weather I love beng out doors. I do have a treadmil that i do not mind using .. when i can find the time which seems hard ro do. I guess I will need to make the time even if it's 30 min every little bit counts . I have tried the herbal magic it works if you can afford all the pills they want you to take i am not knocking them but I found when I came off the stuff the weight came back hense made me feel like it was a waste of money ..
I am 48 yrs old and need to take care of my health ..
