water maybe? nutrition is on point. even made my own dinner when the family had take out. exercising every day. I believe these fluxes are just part of the process and why I like seeing the big picture on a graph.

totally agree, same thing here... feels like looking at daily weigh-ins sometimes defeats the purpose. I like skipping a few days now and then... because you can't be going down in weight each and every day.

You’re right, they are part of the process and definitely not always indicative of weight gain. Looking at your chart in terms of weeks and months will tell you the real story.
I weigh everyday, and I like to look at the number on the first day of the month and the last day of that same month to gauge how I’m doing.
