My God! This is one of those times when you reaaaally thank for staying in your weight (i.e. I didn't gain).
The World Cup is a total killer for my weight - diet and exercise have been out of the scene this week. Ok only a bit of exercise. I was really scared to weigh in! But there you have, no changes.
I'm taking this seriously, this is anotjer chance to focus and go back on track.
