Well at least I am on the downward trend on stall-o-rama. I'll be thrilled to get down to 210# and then progress from there. Not sure if the walking was what got me down a bit today. Whatever it was, I'll take it. Just wish I knew so I could continue to repeat it.
Gotta finish "Women, Food and God" by Geneen Roth so I can return it. It sure does bring a lot of interesting ideas to the forefront about why we feel the way we do about food. I'd recommend it to anyone with a weight problem.
I still feel like I have a lot of energy on Atkins and I haven't tired of the food. I'm never hungry and it continues to amaze me that this is the case. Surely this is a way of eating that I can live with and be healthy.
