Still can't get back on track. Gained a pound. I am not giving up though.
I will be working in the yard to exercise and recording my food.
234.4 lb Lost so far: 32.8 lb.    Still to go: 54.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ok, I started @ Planet Fitness, just doing the thirty minute circuit and have lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks. I am happy with that. Now to just keep going is the key!!
