Thanks to all for the words of encouragement and for the support clicks! It's so uplifting to be recognized for our achievements, and I hope to return the favors.
I'm sure some may feel differently, but I honestly believe that staying under the preset daily calorie limit equates to a guaranteed weekly loss.
It took a long time to put this weight on, so I can't expect it to come off all in one week! (Don't we all wish!?)
