I have finally come to the conclusion that I have weight loss resistance.
I have followed the low carb plan 100% plus I have exercise and strength train.....nothing is happening.

Now I need to find out how to resolve this. I have gone 6 months without any significant weight loss after losing 50lbs on Atkins.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
