Yay!
The weight is dropping! It's funny when I stepped on the scale this morning, I didn't really expect a loss especially because I wasn't solely living on vegetables as I was when I started this a couple weeks ago.
I am a bit more lenient with myself, and have found it has really paid off!
Woohoo!
Starting today though, I have a friend visiting me from college and I know there will be lots of drinking and partying. I hope that I can still get to the gym and not let myself get out of control.
I most likely will not lose anything this weekend, but it would be awesome if I could just maintain.
