amazingly i am still loosing weight despite a mega over the top day last weekend. so loosing about 2kg a month. very pleased to be making slow and steady gains.
125.7 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
