Yesterday I had started drinking smoothies twice a day.
I hadn't had much of hunger pains or anything. I am on Day 2 today of that. My goal is to lose 10lbs this week. I exercise along with that.
329.5 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 169.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.8 lb a week
