Thought I had gained at least 10 pounds but it was only 6.8. This gives me more incentive to get back on full force. I love to garden so that is what I am going to be doing. Plus I have outside projects. I should get plenty of exercise that way.

Dieting is a healthy decision for a long life. For some people dieting greatly reduces their quality of life. If food brings you pleasure, dieting may not be worth it.
