Sorry Matt! I thought about it; I really did. Monitoring miles on top of calories is a bit too much for me right now. And I haaaate cardio. I'm a strength training and stretching kind of person. I believe in you guys though! You can do it!

Oh ok, no worries. Bottom line is one must have fun doing it !. Some people luv enduring the longgggggg endurance pain like me (haha) and some luv strength exercises. All the best !

BTW - I've just done 102.5 miles riding a bike today...pain is my friend that is ...until I see a hospital bill LoL 🚴‍♀️🤸‍♂️🏅
