Mixed feelings... On the one side I am super happy for this 2 kg loss! Especially because I was stuck at 72 kg for about half a year now... Nothing seemed to work to finally crack the 70 mark (which was my 1st goal). BUT (and here comes the but...) I fear that it´s not a real weight loss.. I had a huge deadline today and an important exam this upcoming friday. So I have the feeling part of the reason for the drop is me starving myself a little (stress-related)... Hope the 2kg are not back on when I weigh myself again in a couple of days...

Dw, weight can fluctuate so much when you're stressed, I find when I'm trying to hand in a million assignments and whatever I actually don't lose any weight at all even though I stick to my eating plan and exercise goals, so whatever the result on the scales, try not to take it too personally!
