Water weight has been putting a damper on things for me. Of course I did drink some soft drinks but not enough to gain weight. I have been walking at least a 5k every day. I just wanted to walk the weight off. I don't want nothing hard core or anything. The weather has been really nice a few times this week. I try to get out on those days. Measurements: Arms R20 L22 Chest 51 Waist 54 Hips 57 Thighs R35 L36 Calves R23 L22 I'm hoping to reach my goal to get the necessary skin removal surgery. I'm taking things slow. I'm trying to also save my work money towards plastic surgery. I'm wanting a lot of stuff done after weight loss. I just hope I can maintain the weight loss though. I'm horrible at losing the weight and gaining it all back then some more. I got all year though. And with spring around the corner, I could walk on the trails again. That I do look forward to.
