...up four pounds since the start of November. I need to get back to taking care of myself. Sure, there are factors in play currently that weren't present a month or two ago that make things more difficult -- but they're not worth mentioning, because excuses are not constructive.
Almost 13 years ago I was 199. I remember being terrified of hitting 200. Now I'm terrified of tipping back to 170, as I was stuck in the 170 range for what felt like forever.
I need to stay accountable. I need to get back to meticulous logging, back to craving additional movement/exercise, and back to monitoring my weight more closely.
Mini/daily goal to log -- Every. Single. Bite.
Mini/daily goal to move at least 15 minutes more than what a 'normal' day would call for. Starting with small steps, because missing larger goals right off the bat is an excellent way to become discouraged, disheartened and derailed.
Mini/weekly goal to weigh-in once a week, consistently.
Happy Saturday FS
