My exercise today has been focused on indoor walking. I didn't want to do a whole lot. I'm quarantined for a few days til I'm told otherwise. I don't have covid but I've been exposed to it. Happy Friday!
329.0 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 169.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good luck, Morgan. You can alway match in place to music. Or just dance like no one’s watching. That’s what I do. Although I think some of my neighbors know. 🤪

Check out some dance tutorials on YouTube. they're super fun and you'll work up a sweat and kill some time. Beyonce's let's move dance is a fun one even though I'm hopeless at doing the running man.
