not loosing any weight but not gaining any either. count your blessings comes to mind. also know i have had a few treat days in a row. should get back to the healthy eating plan soon. im on day shift from now on so theres no excuse for night time eating. thankfully i habe been sleeping well. just waking up early. that means i have breakfast and a snack in the morning where as if i get up late i just have breakfast. theres always a pay off. any way im glad that even tho i had some treat days i only exceeded my cal intake once. here's to a new week with new opportunities to take on the challenges.
127.9 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
