Thanks Brenda and DP! I was super motivated and determined at the beginning of November. But I think the problems with my house and the fact I had to stay home for Thanksgiving led me to eating things I shouldn't. I took the Costco apple pie out of the freezer and had 4 or 5 pieces before freezing individual slices. I had pie for breakfast for 3 days in a row. And I gave in at the grocery store and bought egg-nog which I love during the holidays. I think I'll get back on track in a day or two, once the egg nog is gone.
