I made a post earlier about the lb in 4 oz of I gained it wasn't Saturday night but I ate the pizza and cookies it was Friday night my mistake I'm just so frustrated

two tricks I use: since weekends are more likely to be indulgence days, I start my logging week on Mondays. Then on Mon-Thurs I am a little strict, and stay UNDER calorie goal, knowing I might be OVER once or twice on the weekend. Look at the WEEK . geez you have lost a lot!!!!! ps never give up pizza!
